100 Years of Clarkston Schools
Learn all about early Clarkston schools without having to do any homework! From the history of the Union School on Main Street to the collection of graduation programs starting in 1887, this is a fun and educational exhibit.
Included are both District and Teacher record books starting in 1885, student report cards, examination papers, speeches and scrapbooks. Also found here are many wonderful class photos, school sports memorabilia and student theater programs. Visitors of all ages will enjoy this exhibit, so don’t be tardy or we may have to keep you after school!
